Our History
Shane Zwingelberg founded Zwingelberg & Son Remodeling (formerly Zwingelberg Enterprises) in 1991. A carpenter by trade, Shane has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He understands what it takes to turn a customer’s vision into reality, and works endlessly towards that goal. Shane is also a former member of the Home Builders Association of Maryland (HBAM) board and past president of the Remodelor’s Council.

While Maryland standards for Home Improvement Contractors recommend a 1-year warranty on all work provided, Zwingelberg & Son Remodeling provides a unique 3-Year Warranty! Our customers can rest assured that we will be there to help them should a problem arise years down the road.
